Order Cancellation
At ChiltanLife, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible after placing your order.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation. Therefore, cancellation requests must be submitted before your order has been dispatched.
Cancellation Eligibility
- Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled.
- If your order has already been shipped, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance, where applicable.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. All requests are subject to verification of your order status. If your order has already entered the shipping process or has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.
